What is the return policy?
Custom-made items are non-refundable.
Non-custom (ready-made) items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Refunds are processed after we receive the returned item.
CAN YOU PRINT MY OWN 3D FILE (STL / OBJ)?
Yes. We print customer-provided files and also offer design assistance if needed.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. All custom-made products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
When will I get my order?
Orders are processed and shipped within up to 2 weeks.
This includes 3D printing, finishing, quality checks, and packaging. Delivery time depends on the shipping carrier.
